Diamond M Services, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Real Estate Photography to our services!

Do you want to update your photos on VRBO?  Are you putting your property on the market?  Let us capture the best images possible to grow your business or to increase the highest sale of your property.

Photo sessions are best done during bright sunny days, especially for images of the view from the property.  When images are taken on overcast days, the water and beach look dull, gray and dark.  Light cloud cover is alright, but complete overcast does not produce good quality images as a clearer sky does.

Each session usually takes an hour to an hour and a half.  You do not need to be present if you don't want to be, we just need to have access to the property; of course by all means if you'd like to be present, that's fine with us too!

All packages include interior, exterior, amenities (if applicable) and view from the property

Standard Package - $150
For properties up to 1500 sq ft

Standard Package - $175
For properties between 1501 sq ft up to 2300 sq ft

Standard Oversized Package  - $250+
For properties larger than 2301 sq ft

With any package you choose, you will receive all edited images via dropbox.
